In a world organized by Administrative Regions, the number of administrative bodies would grow from approximately two hundred (the number of nation-states) to thousands. More administrative bodies (ARs) would ultimately contribute to more government experimentation and differences in approach to public services. More opportunities for innovation will result in better public policy and more efficient state services.
